21st annual San Juan Fiesta and Turtle Fest

Twenty-one years ago, a mere eight turtles competed during the San Juan Fiesta and Turtle Fest, said Frank Torez, head turtlemaster. This year, 96 turtles raced along a nine-lane wooden track.
